Applicants my require to be interviewed by the Trustees.
The decision of the Trustees will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into with unsuccessful applicants.
In submitting this form, the applicant confirms they have read the Trainee Trustee Policy and agree they can meet the requirements of the role including meeting attendance.
Non-participation may result in early termination of the appointment.
